Birth & Beyond Bundle is intended for any birthing individual who wants to participate in comprehensive pelvic floor therapy to prepare for birth and support their postpartum recovery.

It will include:

• Prenatal Pelvic Floor evaluation and birth preparation session

• A telehealth follow up in the early postpartum to bridge time between delivery and in person evaluation

• Priority postpartum evaluation (between 4-10 weeks)
